Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (thin)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. butter
    2-6 oz. cans mushrooms or an 8-12 oz. pkg fresh
    2 c. beef bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
    2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions, garlic and mushrooms, cook until onions are transparent; remove.
    Fry steak in same pan until brown. Remove meat.
    Make sauce in pan with salt and flour.
    Add bouillon and sour cream, stir until thick on medium heat.
    Add worcestershire sauce and kitchen bouquet.
    Serve on bed of egg noodles or rice.
