Shake 'N Bake Coating For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 c. cracker crumbs (I mix crackers in blender and crush to make 4 c.)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Mix well all ingredients.
Put in jar with tight fitting lid and store in refrigerator.
When ready to use, take out needed amount.
Dip chicken in milk or club soda, then in coating.
Bake in pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender.
