Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter until tender; carefully clean crabmeat and mix with all ingredients except crumbs; form into half a dozen cakes.
    Roll in crumbs and fry in oil over medium heat.
    Brown on first sides and then turn (about 4 minutes each side).
