Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) can Pet evaporated milk
    vanilla wafers or graham crackers
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour, egg yolks and vanilla.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook on medium-high heat until mixture boils. Boil; stir 1 minute.
    Line a 10 x 6-inch pan with graham crackers or cookies.
    Cover with sliced bananas.
    Slowly pour pudding over all.
    May cover with more crushed crackers or cookies if desired. Chill.
