Orange Tropical Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
    2 3/4 c. water
    8 oz. Cool Whip (or to taste)
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Boil Jell-O, tapioca and water 4 minutes.
    Add Mandarin oranges and Cool Whip.
    Mix and refrigerate 4 or 5 hours.
