Mansion Hill Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. torn leaf lettuce
    3 c. torn romaine lettuce
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked, drained and cooled or 1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a salad bowl, toss the leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce and red onion with the\tolive
    oil.
    Cut
    any
    large artichoke hearts into halves or
    quarters.
    Add
    to the lettuce mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
