Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
1 qt. half and half
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar gradually, beating after each addition.
When mixture becomes stiff and hard to beat, add milk, cream, salt and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly before pouring into freezer.
