Rosemary'S Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box 10x confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Sift sugar, salt and cocoa together into large microwave-proof bowl.
    In center of sugar mixture, place butter and milk. Microwave 30 seconds or until butter is melted.
    Beat until shiny. Add vanilla.
    Beat.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Spread in greased 9 x 9-inch dish.
    Chill and cut into squares.
