Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped scraped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    In 2 to 3-quart casserole, place oil, celery, carrots and onion.
    Cover and microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes until softened. Stir in remaining ingredients and continue microwaving 2 to 3 minutes until hot.
    Stir and let stand a few minutes to blend flavors.
