Gram'S Swedish Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. potatoes
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 onions, cut fine
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 lb. lean pork, cut in small pieces
    1/2 lb. salt pork, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until done.
    Mash; add sugar and set aside.
    Chill.
    Fry meat gently; add chopped onion.
    Have 1 or 2 pans boiling water to which 1 tablespoon of salt has been added. When potatoes are cold, add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add flour.
    Flour hands and spread dough over palm.
    Fill center with meat mixture. Drop in boiling water and cook 10 to 12 minutes.
