Pumpkin Pie Without Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate.
    Beat all ingredients until smooth for 2 minutes by hand or 1 minute by blender.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
