Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. American or sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Ritz Crackers, crushed
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, egg, cheese, onion and pepper to taste. Add broccoli and mix together well. Spoon into greased baking dish, dot with butter and sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
