Rhineland Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. diced bacon
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped pimento
6 c. cooked and cubed potatoes
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon, onions and pepper until bacon is crisp.
Drain and add to remaining ingredients.
Toss lightly.
Bake in an oblong pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
