Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. skinned and chopped tomatoes
4 c. chopped onions
4 large green peppers, chopped
10 jalapeno peppers (leave seeds in two of them)
1 clove garlic (more, if desired)
1 Tbsp. cumin
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. cider vinegar
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation

Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 2 hours.
Put into hot jars and seal.
