Red-Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. bottled hot sauce
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. bottled Blue cheese salad dressing
Preparation
    Cut each wing into thirds, discarding tips.
    Broil wings for 5 minutes; turn over and broil 5 minutes longer.
    Watch carefully to prevent burning.
    In a saucepan, combine hot sauce and butter; heat until butter melts.
    Place chicken wings in a large pan with some of the sauce; shake to coat well.
    Serve with a sauce dish of Blue cheese dressing as a dip.
    (After coating, chicken wings may be refrigerated and then reheated at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.)
    Yields 30 pieces.
