Never Fail Oil Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white flour (unsifted)
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Stir together with fork the flour, wheat germ and salt. Combine oil and water in separate container.
    Stir oil and water mixture all at once into flour.
    Stir until flour is all dampened. Divide into 2 balls.
    Roll out each ball between 2 sheets of waxed paper until size for crust.
    (To keep paper from shifting, dampen area where paper is placed.)
    Bake shells in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Yields 2 large crusts.
