Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add salt, pepper, sour cream and butter.
Beat until fluffy.
Place in casserole dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This can be made a day ahead, kept in the refrigerator and then baked just before serving.
