Broiled Rock Shrimp("Danish Lobster Tails") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. rock shrimp
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Wash and fan or split shrimp (butterfly).
Lay out on cookie sheet.
Melt butter.
Add lemon juice and garlic salt.
Preheat oven on broil.
Pour melted butter sauce over shrimp.
Broil about 15 minutes.
Save some sauce for dipping.
