Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cans tomato sauce
salt
pepper
flour
1/4 c. red cooking wine
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Season meat with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour.
Brown meat in frying pan.
Add tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms and red wine.
Let simmer until meat is tender.
Add sour cream 5 minutes before serving.
Serve over noodles (makes 4 to 5 servings).
