Mock Caramel Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 or 4 apples

Preparation

Slice apples in serving dish or individual dessert dishes. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla.
Beat well over low heat until all is smooth.
Serve in small dishes. This tastes just like the caramel apples on a stick!
