Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
4 Tbsp. rice
4 c. cabbage, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large skillet, heat oil.
Add beef and onion. Cook, stirring with a fork to break up meat, until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Add soup, water, salt, pepper and rice.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 3 minutes.
In a 3-quart casserole, place cabbage.
Spoon beef mixture over cabbage layer.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Serves 6.
