Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients in large bowl.
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
Cool.
