Best Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/4 c. tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into greased or sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Do not overbake.
