Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 chicken fryer
3/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Cook chicken 15 minutes and drain well.
Dip in buttermilk. Mix flour, parsley flakes, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme and seasoned salt.
Dredge chicken through mixture.
Place in single layer in baking dish with melted margarine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turn chicken and bake 45 minutes.
