Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 stick Oleo
2 c. Confectioner Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
4-5 Bananas (sliced)
2 sticks Oleo
2 (8 oz.) cans Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 large and 1 small container Cool Whip
Chocolate Syrup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Strawberries
crushed Nuts
Cherries (sliced or whole)
Preparation

Melt oleo and mix into cracker crumbs.
Press crumbs into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
Beat sugar, oleo, vanilla, eggs with a mixer for 20 min.
(no less).
Layer mixture over cracker crust.
Layer of pineapple, layer of bananas, layer strawberries.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over strawberries layer cool whip.
Top with cherries and nuts.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
