Garden Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. onion and chive cream cheese
    1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
    1/2 c. real bacon pieces
    1/2 to 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, Mexican cheese, and bacon pieces.
    Beat until well blended.
    Shape into a log that is about 6 to 7 inches long.
    Roll in pecans.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
