Calabacitas(Spanish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute squash and onion in oil until just barely tender. Add garlic, chilies, corn and cheese. Mix well. Put in a 1-quart casserole baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
