Peaches 'N Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ready made pie crust
    3 medium peaches, peeled and sliced (about 3 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place peach slices in large bowl.
    Mix sugar, whipping cream and flour in separate bowl.
    Pour over peaches; toss.
    Turn into pastry-lined pie plate.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Brush pastry lightly with milk.
    Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until crust begins to brown and juice begins to bubble in center.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve plain or topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
