Beef Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well by hand.
    Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
    Mix at least 3 more times, refrigerating at least 15 minutes between mixings.
    Divide into 3 rolls and wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Unwrap and lay on rack in pan (cookie sheet).
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    It will be done, but is red looking.
