Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook sausage or bacon.
Drain well and crumble.
Mix milk and eggs together.
Lay cubes of bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle meat over bread.
Sprinkle cheese over meat.
Pour milk and egg mixture over that.
