Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat (spec. or claw)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    bread crumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix crab meat, butter, seasoning and enough egg to mold into cakes.
    Beat 1 tablespoon of water into the remaining egg and dip the cakes in this mixture; roll into bread crumbs.
    Saute until rich brown in frying pan or deep fry at 380\u00b0.
