Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef roast or venison
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    hot pepper (optional)
    onion salt (optional)
Preparation
    Use large nutty-buddy type cones.
    Put in cones 3/4 cup of cut up fruit, such as: strawberries, bananas, apples, blueberries, raspberries, pears or grapes.
    Drizzle with 1 teaspoon granola or finely chopped
    nuts.
    May dip edge of cone into melted chocolate and sprinkle with tiny candies before filling.
