Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. uncooked oats
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 6)
3/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, except walnuts.
Mix well.
Stir in walnuts.
Spread into well-greased Bundt or tube pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool on wire rack and serve when cool.
