Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter, and salad oil.
Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir well.
Then add flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, cloves, baking powder, and zucchini.
Mix well and pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
