Easy Eggplant Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
6 strips bacon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. slivered almonds
rice
Preparation

Wrap each chicken breast in a strip of bacon; lay in bottom of shallow, ovenproof dish.
Pour soup and sour cream over the chicken.
Sprinkle almonds over soup.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Remove foil and let it brown slightly. Serve over rice.
