Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except soup and water.
    Shape into patties 1-inch thick.
    Brown on both sides.
    Combine soup and water.
    Pour over and around meat.
    Cook slowly in covered skillet about 25 minutes.
