Caramel (Or Chocolate) Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 large pkg. chocolate or butterscotch instant pudding, mixed
Cool Whip

Preparation

Combine flour, nuts and margarine; bake and cool.
Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar; spread on crust. Mix pudding; spread over cream mixture and spread Cool Whip on top.
