Cheese Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. biscuit mix
    milk (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sausage, cheese and biscuit mix in a bowl, adding a small amount of milk, if necessary.
    Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
