Veggie Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh vegetables (broccoli or cauliflower)
    1/4-inch carrot slices
    1/2-inch sliced zucchini
    1/2-inch strips green or red pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Brush bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan with butter or margarine, melted.
    Beat egg and water with fork.
    Mix flour and salt in another small dish.
    Dip 1/4 of veggies into egg mixture.
    Remove one piece at a time with slotted spoon, fork or hands.
    Roll in flour mixture to coat. Place in pan.
