Vegetarian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 can crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
    choice of chopped vegetables (green onions, broccoli, carrots, fresh mushrooms, cauliflower, yellow squash, etc.)
Preparation
    Pat out rolls to solid crust on greased sheet.
    Prick thoroughly.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool completely.
    Combine other four ingredients and spread on dough.
    Top heavily with raw vegetables.
    Refrigerate.
    Cut to serve cold.
