Country Fried Chicken Breading - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Accent salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Dip chicken in milk mixture, then in seasoning and flour mixture.
Deep fat fry for 18 minutes, or until nicely browned.
