Pie crust mix
1 lb. hot sausage
1/4 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram, crushed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Prepare pie crust mix; press in mini muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
