Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 1/4 c. rice, cooked (yielding about 5 c.)
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 small jar pimento, finely diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced or diced
1 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
15 drops Tabasco sauce (more or less)
Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients together.
Refrigerate overnight. Stir the mixture before serving.
