Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend rice, sugar and milk.
Cook in double boiler. When rice is tender, take out some hot milk and let cool slightly, then add beaten eggs and return to the rest of the mixture. Continue cooking until it thickens slightly.
Lastly add vanilla and cinnamon.
