Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak, cut into small pieces
1 c. chopped onions
2 chopped bell peppers
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. butter Crisco
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Brown steak in butter Crisco.
Add veggies, garlic and paprika.
Add tomatoes and soy sauce.
Cook until meat is tender. Mix water with cornstarch and add to mixture.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Serve over rice.
