Fresh Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken broth (homemade, canned or bouillon)
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 c. fresh or frozen corn
    1/2 c. chopped ham or bacon
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and ham or bacon in chicken broth until potatoes are soft.
    Add corn and sugar; cook about 5 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
