Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 cans diced chilies
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light brown and lemon colored.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter, blending smoothly.
    Stir in chili.
    Pour mixture into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes until top is light brown and center firm.
