Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add oil; blend.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each addition.
    Add carrots, nuts and coconut. Grease and flour cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
