Oyster Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small acorn squash
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 (12 oz.) cans small oysters, drained
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 qt. 1/2-inch soft bread cubes
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. French dressing
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place squash cut sides down into 2 tablespoons butter.
Cover; bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven; turn squash over. Saute onion, celery and oysters until tender; add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, French dressing and soft bread, 1/2 cup in each squash.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
