Chicken Bracciole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
4 slices Provolone cheese
2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine last 5 ingredients.
Sprinkle combination on each chicken breast.
Place 1 slice Provolone cheese on each chicken breast.
Roll and tie with string.
Place in shallow pan and simmer in tomato sauce or place in small amount of butter on each and bake.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
